Recovery Near Me provides professional vehicle recovery, towing, roadside assistance, breakdown assistance, desert recovery, luxury car recovery, heavy vehicle recovery, and motorcycle recovery services across Dubai and the wider UAE. Our services are operated by SAMAA ALJIESER VEHICLE TOWING L.L.C, a licensed vehicle recovery operator based in Dubai.

All our services are subject to availability. While we maintain a large fleet and dispatch 24 hours a day, seven days a week, extreme weather events, road closures, or unusually high demand can occasionally affect response times. We will always communicate clearly if there is any delay.

3. Pricing and Quotes

We operate on full pricing transparency. Before any work begins, our team will provide you with a clear quote covering all charges. No work will start without your verbal or written approval of the quoted price.

• All quotes include the call-out, loading, and delivery to your chosen destination within the quoted distance
• Additional distance beyond the quoted range is charged per kilometre at the rate confirmed in advance
• Specialist services such as basement extraction, luxury vehicle recovery, or heavy vehicle recovery may carry additional charges — these will always be disclosed upfront
• If you are covered by insurance, we can bill your insurer directly — let us know when you call
• If the scope of work changes after arrival (for example, the vehicle needs more complex equipment than expected), we will inform you of any additional cost before proceeding

4. Vehicle Handling and Liability

We take great care of every vehicle we handle. Our recovery operations follow professional standards and our team is trained to use the correct equipment for each vehicle type — including EVs, AWD vehicles, low-clearance cars, and luxury models.

• We carry comprehensive vehicle-in-transit insurance covering your vehicle while it is being loaded, transported, and unloaded
• Before we touch your vehicle, our technician will conduct a visual inspection and document its condition photographically
• You will be asked to check the vehicle on delivery and confirm it arrived in the same condition
• Any damage claim must be raised before you sign the delivery documentation — claims raised after signature may not be accepted
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical faults that existed before recovery, or damage caused by a pre-existing condition being worsened during transport

5. Your Responsibilities as a Customer

To help us provide the best possible service, we ask that you:

• Provide accurate information about your location — a wrong address causes delays and could leave you waiting longer in an unsafe situation
• Tell us about any special requirements your vehicle has at the time of booking — for example, if it is an EV, AWD, has a low ride height, or is in a basement or tight parking space
• Remain available by phone while the recovery is in progress so our technician can reach you
• Ensure there is safe, legal access for our recovery vehicle at your location
• Inform us immediately if your situation changes — for example, if you manage to restart the car or if you need to move to a different location before we arrive

6. Cancellations

You may cancel a service request at any time before our technician departs. There is no charge for cancellations made before dispatch.

If you cancel after our technician has already been dispatched and is en route to your location, a partial call-out fee may apply to cover the time and fuel already committed. We will always tell you the applicable fee before confirming the cancellation.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances entirely outside our control. These include but are not limited to: severe weather or sandstorms, road closures ordered by Dubai Police or RTA, civil emergencies, and equipment failure caused by unforeseen circumstances. In such situations, we will inform you as soon as possible and work to find the best available alternative.

8. Complaints and Disputes

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as possible. We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them quickly and fairly.
